Reservation/Payment:
Generally, your reservation should reach us as soon as possible in writing or via the Internet. Once payment of a third of the total lease has been credited to our account, the reservation is binding for both parties. The remaining balance has to be credited to our account exempt from charges no later than 30 days prior to the date of arrival:

Reservations reaching us at short-notice are binding following confirmation via telephone or in writing without advance payment of the first instalment of the lease. If a reservation is made four weeks or less before arrival the total lease is due for payment immediately.
Minimum lease period: During high season, the minimum lease period is two weeks; for the remaining time of the year it is one week. A week begins on Saturday at 4 p.m. and ends on the following Saturday at 10 a.m.
Prices:
The lease includes the use of the fully furnished apartment as well as water, electricity, gas and final cleaning.
Cancellation:
If you cancel a binding reservation your advance payment will be forfeited unless you have found a replacement tenant. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to the start of the lease period the total lease is due for payment unless the apartment could be rented to another party. We therefore recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
Number of tenants:
Each apartment may only be occupied by the confirmed number of people stated in your reservation.
Should you wish to receive visitors please register them with the reception and pay the visitor’s fee. Visitors must not stay overnight, and visitors who have not been registered are not allowed on the premises.
Pets:
We hope you understand that with regard to our other tenants we only allow small dogs that sleep in their own basket. Please refer to the price list for details on additional costs. We charge an extra EUR 25.00 for the final cleaning. Only one pet per apartment is permitted!
Duties of the Tenant:
Each tenant shall check the fixtures of the apartment for completeness using the completion certificate. The tenant shall be held liable for any losses in or damage to the apartment. The tidied and clean-swept house must be handed over to the administrator at the agreed time of departure (please remove bed sheets).
Deposit:
The deposit of EUR 250.00 is to be paid in cash when moving into the apartment.
