General Terms and Conditions of Rental

Reservation/Payment:

As a general rule, you should make your reservation as early as possible, either in writing or online. The reservation is binding on both sides once we have received 1/3 of the total rental price. The remaining rental price is to be transferred to the following account free of charge for us up to 30 days before your arrival:

Short-notice reservation orders are binding after telephone or written confirmation from us, even without prior receipt of the deposit. If the reservation is made within the four-week period, the entire rental price is due for payment immediately.

Minimum rental period:

During the high season, the minimum rental period is 2 weeks; at other times, it is 1 week.
A week runs from 4:00 p.m. on Saturday until 10:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.

Prices:

The rental price includes use of the fully furnished apartment, water, electricity, gas and final cleaning.

Cancellation:

If you cancel your firm reservation, the deposit will be forfeited unless you have found someone else to take over your reservation. If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the rental period, the full rental price is due and payable to us if the apartment cannot be rented to someone else. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Number of persons:

Each rental property may only be occupied by the reserved and confirmed number of persons.
If you receive guests, please register them at the reception and pay the visitor's fee. Overnight stays are not allowed, nor are unregistered persons allowed to linger on the property.

Pets:

We ask for your understanding that, out of consideration for other guests, we only allow small dogs to stay with us, provided that they sleep in their own basket. Please refer to the price list for additional costs. We charge €25.00 for the increased expense of final cleaning. A maximum of 1 pet/apartment is allowed!

Obligation of the tenant:

Each tenant is obliged to check the inventory for completeness on the basis of the handover protocol when taking over the rental property. The tenant is liable for any losses and damage to the rental property. The house must be handed over to the manager in a tidy and swept clean condition (please strip beds) at the agreed departure time.

Deposit:

A deposit of €250.00 is to be paid in cash when the apartment is handed over.
