Conditions and terms of reservation and payment

The reservation fee amounts to € 5,00.

Reservations are possible from Saturday 12.00 am to Saturday 12.00 am.

Of course, you can also arrive or depart on any other day and if “your” pitch is free you are welcome to use it. In case it is still occupied or reserved we will meanwhile offer you another pitch (if available). You are requested to pay for these days directly at the reception at Bolsena.

Within 2 weeks after your reservation you will receive a confirmation and, if possible, we will comply with your requests for your favourite pitch.

Thereupon your payment in EURO should reach our account with the Raiffeisenbank Weißenburg eG within 8 days, without any further costs for us.

After the amount has been credited to our account, the booking will be binding on both parties.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the start date of the stay will result in a full refund of the amount paid less a fee of € 100,00. There will be no refund for a cancellation within 30 days.

Late arrivals or early departures involve payment for the entire booked period. Unfortunately, a compensation with other costs (additional persons / days or visitors ) is not possible.

Campsite check-out time on day of departure is 12.00 am, at the latest.
